Lights, Camera, Action! Weather ... but not lockdown-proof

ONLY COVID CAN STOP PLAY ON THE NEW ALL-WEATHER PITCH

It’s been a stop-start first half of the season, with plenty of action on and off the pitch for Chesham United Youth. The wonderful floodlit, all-weather pitch has seen plenty of games, but sadly we had to press pause in November and again last week.

Obviously, there’s a lot going on in the world right now, creating difficulties for everyone, touching all areas of our community. However, even when our teams haven’t been able to play, there has been a huge amount going on behind the scenes, that we should take a moment to remember and be very grateful for.

So, with this episode of the Newsletter we are going to celebrate the teams, the coaches and all the brilliant people and businesses who support us, ensuring that our players have kit to wear, pitches to play on and the parents and fans have all the warm drinks, support and safety measures they need.
